# Delete Todo

> Permanently delete a todo item.

Args:
    user:      Authenticated owner.
    thread_id: Target conversation.
    todo_id:   Primary key of the todo to remove.
    db:        Database session.

Returns:
    ``{"deleted": True}`` on success.

Raises:
    HTTPException 404: If no todo with ``todo_id`` exists.
